After the Showcase: What’s Next for DVANE Design?

As we close the chapter on our 2026 Park City Showcase of Homes, we’ve been taking a moment to reflect on what an incredible experience it was and how grateful we are to have shared it with such an amazing build team at Stoneybrook.

But as anyone in this business knows, finishing one home doesn’t mean the work stops. In fact, it’s quite the opposite!

We’re already deep into several new projects, each at a completely different stage of the design process.

We’re currently putting the finishing touches on a new build, and if you know us, you know that “finishing touches” can be a bit of a moving target.

We keep finding just one more accessory, one more layer, one more detail that makes the home feel complete. Because when it comes to creating a home that feels collected and personal, sometimes it really is never enough!

In the next few weeks, we’re looking forward to wrapping up this project and capturing it all with a fun, custom photoshoot. We can’t wait to share the finished space.

Another Park City Hideout project is just beginning

At the same time, another new build is still in the early stages of construction, but the design work is already well underway.

This is one of our favorite parts of the process: creating the vision before the walls are even finished.

We’re developing vision boards and working through selections that will eventually shape the entire home, including cabinetry, tile, paint, flooring and deck finishes, stonework, textiles, and more.

There is something so exciting about seeing all of these individual pieces begin to come together and imagining how they will ultimately feel as one cohesive home.

One of the most rewarding parts of the Showcase experience has been connecting with people who visited our home and wanted to continue the conversation.

We’ve been so grateful to hear from new clients who discovered DVANE Design through the Parade, and we’ve already begun working with homeowners through consultations and new projects.

For us, that is one of the greatest rewards of putting so much heart into a project: getting to meet the people who connect with our work and helping them create something meaningful in their own homes.

So while we may have said goodbye to our 2026 Showcase home, we’re certainly not slowing down.

There are new homes taking shape, new ideas being explored, new clients coming through the door, and plenty of details still to obsess over.

We are incredibly grateful for every opportunity that comes our way and excited to keep pushing the work forward.
